About Me;

 Working with Elizabeth “Liz” McCartney as a client, a fellow energy healer, as well as a referral source for my own psychotherapy clients has been an ongoing experience of healing and deeper connection. As a psychotherapist who specializes in trauma what I have come to know is the experience and healing of trauma is a visceral experience. A big part of our visceral and core being involves our spirituality and divinity, which requires an understanding and connection of ourselves beyond what we can access amongst this earthly realm because we are of mind, body, and spirit creation. In my personal and professional work with Liz, her gift as a vessel has provided confirmation, encouragement, breakthroughs, and revelations needed in ongoing self development and self care. If you need to have deeper insight to your why’s and guidance to the deterrence or elevation of your becoming along your divine journey, Liz is the gift that keeps giving!
 

 I am so grateful for Liz and her healing abilities! I met her at a health fair a couple years ago, and I was drawn to her magnetic personality and her bright white light that surrounds her so visibly!  I have had many healing sessions, and they have helped me in my life tremendously. 

The one that stands out the most, is when I was completely depleted and exhausted when I saw her for one of our sessions.  The minute she saw me, she asked me what was wrong and why my energy level was so low. I explained to her what was going on in my life, and she immediately was able to pinpoint the fact that I was missing many vitamins and minerals in my daily diet. I am a certified personal trainer and nutritionist so I should’ve known this on my own. Unfortunately, we get so wrapped up in our work and kids we forget to take care of ourselves. Liz, went out of her way after doing Reiki and energy healing on me, to write a grocery list on what I needed to buy immediately. Of course, I went straight to the store because I have 100% faith in what she tells me to do.  She was so right, once I added these fruits and vegetables to my daily diet I was able to get my energy back and raise my energetic vibe. 

Liz has also helped me to get in touch with my inner self, by sharing with me what my spirit guides are communicating with her. With her guidance, I was able to solidify all of the feelings that I have had inside myself, about my divine partner, soulmate. Not only has she helped to bring us together, she has also helped both of us on an individual basis. 

I have brought my kids to her as well, and she is helping my teenage daughter get through some very rough patches.  She is remarkable, not only her gifts for healing, but her amazing aura that is so inviting and welcoming. I have been a celebrity fitness trainer and life coach for over 20 years, and I have recommended many clients to go to her. All of my clients that have seen her are just as happy as I am.  

I am so blessed and honored to know Liz, and work with her through my own energetic healing and vibrations. I am also so happy that I am able to recommend others to go see her as well. I AM LIGHT! For the first time in my life, I am able to say those words and embrace my divine life’s purpose. I thank God for aligning my path with Elizabeth because she has been an instrumental element to my healing journey! In the midst of two pandemics – anti-blackness and COVID-19 – I was not okay. I felt lost, disconnected, and alone. I called one of my close friends to verbally share this truth with someone out loud and she referred me to Elizabeth immediately. 

In my first conversation with Elizabeth, I could feel this was exactly where I was supposed to be. She helped to frame not only what was going on with me, but the reason why things were happening. 2020 has not gone as any of us originally expected it; however, this time was necessary to promote stillness and energetic growth.

In our work together, I am reaffirmed of my purpose, abilities, and divine guidance. One of my favorite aspects of working with Elizabeth is her gentle and loving embrace throughout the process. There have been times where she needed to help me through some hard truths. Difficult ah-ha moments emerged in our sessions, but that is a part of what it means to do the healing work. Many people view healing as a moment or destination. This healing journey has been the furthest thing from a moment, and it is definitely not easy; however, there is no feeling greater in this world than embracing your divine spiritual identity.

Elizabeth embodies soul synergy! She is committed to raising our collective energetic vibration – one soul at a time. Today I am leaning into my healing as I continue to ascend into the unknown person I am becoming. I finally see my light as a divine offering, which must be embraced to honor God’s purpose. The sessions are so powerful, sometimes sleep is required afterward in order for my body to integrate all of the energy raised. 

My dog, Sprite, makes sure he is included in the healing process too. He often lays at my feet or jumps into my lap depending on what he needs. Elizabeth is so kind and caring, she includes his healing with mine if needed.
